Positive: I liked that we were able to get into the place as soon as we got there. We drove from Wisconsin and that was a huge plussss!!!! Other wise we would have had to wait 2 hours before we could get in.
Negative: Well upon arriving, my husband noticed the air wasn't on. So when Michael, our host got to the house and my husband mentioned to him that the air wasn't on, he responded sarcastically. And then realized that the air in fact wasn't on. Michael proceeded to attempt to fix the air and he thought he had. But no, when he left it wasn't fixed. I texted him that nothing had changed. He replied back that he was reaching out to a hvac person. Before we went to bed, I reached out to him to find out what's going on with finding his hvac person and he informs me that the hvac person will be over in the morning between 6-7am. Woke up the next morning and no hvac person. We go to our daughter's graduation and don't here anything from him until I reach out to him. Now the hvac person is coming later on that day. So now we are on our way to dinner and apparently the hvac person did come while we were at dinner. The unit was frozen. So we had no air condition.
Summary: Our stay was just ok.

Negative: just missing a few things like a hair dryer and mugs. plenty of glasses, plates, bowls.
