Summary: From the farm friends to the cottage set up to the proximity to Gettysburg, this is absolutely a place that I would stay again. The space was fantastic with welcoming amenities, including some feed flakes for the animals. Already recommended this place and looking forward to checking out the other cottage next visit.

Summary: We had a relaxing getaway at Picketts Cottage! Tucked away just a few miles from downtown Gettysburg, this peaceful cottage set in the woods is a place we will stay again. The hosts provided us with wine and cheese and crackers and lots of snacks and beverages for our stay. The cottage is beautifully decorated and it’s surroundings are very clean and well kept. What makes this place so unique is the domesticated turkeys,chickens,ducks and rabbits that roam freely about and greet you as you come and go! The hosts leave a bag of food for us to feed the birds in the mornings and we were given half a dozen fresh eggs upon checking out! A very special place indeed!

Summary: Just completed another 3 night stay at the Brierfield cottages. As usual I find it difficult to say enough positive things about the accommodations or the inn keepers Chris & Todd. It is rare to find a place with such attention to detail and amenities. Hope to stay there for many years to come. Thank you Chris and Todd, have a great 2025.
