Positive: I gave them a “10” due to their professionalism. We arrived after bad storms and power outages for our entire stay. They worked with us to refund our money as they didn’t get power before we left town. We ended up staying in a hotel south of the city. We would book here again when we return.

Negative: It looked nice, but we didn’t get to stay due to weather-related power outages.

Positive: Upon entering the apartment, we found it to be extremely clean and very cutely decorated. The furniture is quite comfortable, Bedrooms have large walking closets with full length mirrors. The amenities far exceed our expectations. The bed was extremely comfortable and had an amazing night of sleep. There are ample windows in the unit to light it up no lights really needed but there was also ample lighting throughout the complex. We were in unit 201, the unit was stocked with pots pans real plates glasses silverware has a working dishwasher refrigerator has a washer dryer. I communicated a few times with the owner and was greeted very nicely every single time. I will definitely be rebooking this unit anytime I need a little bit of respite away from the house. Next time I will be here for a full weekend of relaxation. This unit is in a cute boutique area of town I highly, highly suggest Pickwick places.
