Positive: It was out of the way and in a quiet neihborhood. It easy to get to the freeway.

Negative: The house was rundown and needed some renovations. The outside was also rundown it needed to be cleaned up and have some landscaping done. We did not apriciate having to clean the toilet also the shower leaked at the first joint

Summary: Our stay was ok the house was funky luckily we only used it as a crash pad aplace to sleep.

Positive: The host sent me the entry information via email through booking.com and was quick to respond. Check out was easy and it was in a convenient location. Price is fair for the property. Thank you for sharing your property and I would return in the future.

Negative: Property needs a lot of updates. It had only 1 fork in the cupboard, nothing to cook in besides a small pot, sink in kitchen was broke and had something under cupboard holding it up. Walls are scuffed and banged up. It reminded me of a college kids' apartment. But it was worth the money and convenient location.

Positive: Nice neighborhood, convenient to everything, quiet and private space. Comfortable living room in a small house. Host is very responsive.

Negative: Bed in main bedroom was not comfortable, house needs a deep cleaning.

Positive: Location was good. Available at short notice. We arrived late, slept, got up and left by 6am.

Negative: This place is functional but very tired and dated. We couldn't park on the driveway as there was already a car on it. There was on road parking close by, so not really a big problem. The small Christmas tree in the lounge was particularly random.

Summary: OK for a cheap one night, no frills stopover.

Negative: No salt and pepper. Also no kettle to make a cup of tea. Not sure if it's a USA thing. All homes in NZ have a kettle for boiling water.
