The combination of 240 days of sunshine, spectacular natural beauty and a wealth of recreation activities makes the San Juan Islands your perfect year-round getaway. On the Bellevue Farm you will enjoy great blue heron, bald eagles, deer, fruit-filled orchards and open pastures with sweeping views of Westcott Bay.
The home has true southwest exposure providing all day sunlight and warmth.
This 2012 custom Cape Cod Home is the best the islands have to offer. Strategically set to enjoy sweeping views of Westcott Bay this home was designed as a summer vacation rental. With over 1,900 sf of outdoor living area, this home will be the focal point of your family vacation.
With both an inside and an outdoor kitchen you won’t be the one “stuck inside” on those endless summer days. Sit back and watch a movie OUTSIDE on the overstuffed outdoor furniture while watching pristine images on the 52” Sony BRAVIA HDTV (it’s 3-D capable but we don’t supply glasses). Roast marshmallows around your private fire pit.
The open floor plan features a well equipped kitchen with induction cook top, Sub Zero fridge and a large center island which gives way to massive views through the living and dining room. Matching 8’ doors and window height make sure you don’t miss a single sunset or any of the wildlife passing by. Three queen bedrooms on the main floor and a large 4th bedroom / bunk room upstairs provides bed space for up to 10 but you’ll be hard pressed to keep your kids from sleeping out under the stars.
Your family will enjoy recreational activities like bicycling, golf, hiking, spa, sight-seeing and whale watching.
There is a private hot tub at the home off the back deck facing the bay with spectacular views.

Cancelation Summary:
a. Cancelation- 90 days or more prior to Arrival Date: All monies refunded, except for
$300 cancelation fee.
b. Cancelation- 60 days or more prior to Arrival Date: Owner to retain the $300 cancelation fee, and Occupant forfeits the Initial Deposit, unless all or a portion of the period reserved by Occupant is successfully re-marketed, in which case the Initial Deposit may be refunded on a pro-rata basis
(depending on whether all of the same days are paid for by the new occupant, and whether the same Lodging Rate is received by Owner).
c. Summary: The house, the property and the location were all wonderful. It comfortably fit our family of 4 couples. We loved the home's outdoor spaces, view of the bay, the hot tub and the quiet (except for the geese who also loved the yard), spacious property as well as the easy access to nearby trails. We would rent this house again.

Summary: The area is wonderful. For small children it wasnt so great to stay. The loft is only accessible from the outside, same with the 2nd bathroom. No tubs juat showers which isn't the easiest with small kids. Felt cramped for 10 of us. Love love love the covered deck. The view is spectacular.

Summary: This is an absolutely stunning property! Absolutely perfect for our large group. Deer wandering through yard. Gorgeous water views. Our only issue was finding and accessing the property. We were sent the incorrect address and the incorrect door access code. We spent over an hour driving around trying to find the house based on google maps and comparison with photos. We did get a call later explaning that it was a glitch in their computer system, but it was still quite frustrating after a long day travelling.

Summary: The house is well sited and a short distance from Roche Harbor and the Westcott oyster farm. Very scenic and peaceful looking out over Westcott bay. It’s well set up for families with the separate bunkhouse unit walled off from the rest of the house. Some of the plumbing fixtures, and supplies were in need of repair and the main bathroom vaulted window is open to the living area so one hears others bathroom business but nothing significant. Note the beach is not suitable for swimming as it is a mudflat with shells and restricted access. It was exactly what we expected and would recommend to others that want to explore the island and take in the beauty of nature.

Summary: Beautiful view of Wescott Bay. The house and property were clean on comfortable. Very well stocked kitchen. The fire pit was a plus. Short walk to Roche Harbor where we were keeping our boat. We will be back!

Summary: The location was excellent, but the managers were slow to answer questions before arrival, particularly about the hot tub, which turned out to be unavailable until the end of the week. There were also some COVID restrictions on the neighborhood which were not detailed ahead of time.
