Positive: The cottage was superb, an excellent property with fantastic facilities. The rooms are large and there was more than enough room for all the people staying. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Positive: Very pretty location. Facilities were good. House was very nice.
Negative: The heating had not been put on in the day. The house was very cold on arrival in the evening. To be fair the owners did phone when I messaged them and explained that the cleaver should have had the heating in for a couple of hours. But on arrival the house was freezing with the windows open, so it took a few hours to heat up.

Positive: This is a beautiful house with a large kitchen and lots of socialising space. The beds were comfy and most rooms had lots of space.
Negative: The small double is next to the boiler which is the loudest boiler I have ever experienced and woke up the pair in that room every time it came on (even just for someone washing their hands during the night) so a word of warning to anyone planning to sleep in that room - you won't get a proper night's sleep. Also the shower in the ensuite didn't work which was a shame because otherwise that room is lovely.

Positive: loved the location and setting but you definitely need a car - garden was immaculate and house quaint. loved the fire.
Negative: Too many stairs and a few slaters in upstairs bedroom also one double room very cramped and twin beds not comfortable. Normally there would be a breakfast pack left but none there and I think for the money there should have been. also contacted staff member re heating and no reply (we did work out how to switch heating on) house very cold on arrival.
Summary: Beautiful setting and cottage so in keeping with area.
