Positive: Very large apt , well appointed. Host was outstanding and quickly responded to inquires and issues.
Negative: One caveat for would be guests. As you enter the apt the bedroom is on your immediate left, you go down a flight of stairs for the LR, Kitchen and bath. There are very narrow steps between the bedroom and the stairway and between the bathroom and the LR. Anyone with mobility issues would probably be more comfortable in a one level apt.
Summary: Angela is an awesome host. The space is large -- though not much natural light; location is great.

Positive: WOW! This was the last accommodation on our Colorado roadtrip and it was by far the best. While it is self check-in/out, Angela was super helpful and always just one message away. She offered early check-in and late check-out, which we tremendously appreciated. The apartment itself was stunning. It was very chic, with every detail though out. The living room was cozy and the kitchen had coffee and milk available (very nice touch). There was free on-street parking and it was possible to walk downtown (about 20mins), with restaurants/coffee shops in the area. I would give 12 if I could.
Summary: 12/10 Denver accommodation - beautiful, spacious and just perfect!

Positive: Kitchen was well supplied with basic dishes and utensils for simple meals, and coffee/tea/milk/sugar/salt were provided. It's bring your own groceries/foods. The apt is part of a grand old historic house, lovely and formal in decor, but comfortable. Bed comfy. Everything very clean. Near Cheesman Park, the Secret Garden coffee/cafe place we like, and the walkable neighborhood our daughter and family have chosen to live in. Folder with instructions for lights, etc, was very helpful!
Negative: Just to be clear, "first floor" in description turned out to be "ground floor" to me. I was surprised to enter and go DOWNstairs from there to the lower level. :) Also, the cleaning fee might put you off, but it's super clean, and if you stay more than 1-2 nights, it's still a GREAT value!
Summary: A lovely apt in a stately old home, comfortable, clean, kitchen well supplied.

Negative: We arrived in the dark so it was a little difficult to locate the building, but that was a temporary issue that was quickly forgotten about once we were ensconced in the building.

Positive: Location couldn't have been better! Everything was cozy, comfortable and convenient. We were especially thankful for the checkin help as we were trying to beat the approaching snow storm.
Negative: I was a little over-zealous at the supermarket, thinking we might be snowed in. The tiny refrigerator ultimately worked out, but I was unaware when I arrived.

Positive: The apartment was very roomy and comfortable. The location was very convenient and easy to get to different parts of town. The very large TV in the living room with full cable included was a nice surprise. Our host was very quick to communicate.
Negative: There isn't an ideal desk setup for working. There is a very small desk and then a small high-top table in the kitchen. If you plan to work from home for extended periods, this might not be the place for you.
