Positive: Pipp Residence is everything that other reviewers have said. It's clean and new and quiet and well located but the true stars of the show are the managers Kung and her husband Pom. They are genuinely interested in their guests welfare, and have taken care of us like old friends rather than customers. Pom took us on two day trips including a bike ride out in the suburbs to temples, a floating market, a mackerel processing factory, introduced us to amazing Thai food that we would never have discovered on our own. Kung fussed over us like her children. She provided hangers and detergent (5 baht) for the washing machines, suggested places of interest and made our stay so much better. I wouldn't hesitate to book here. If you need anything- umbrella, plates, hair dryer, detergent etc, just ask for it and they will provide.
