Negative: 4 night stay with no housekeeping, trash filled up & no trash pick up service, the mattresses are spring hard no cushion

Positive: It was affordable and close to where we needed to be.
Negative: It is an older property. The appliances in the kitchen were not just dated but kind of icky. If I were staying longer I would not be cooking or anything. The male housekeeper unlocked and was about to walk in without any knocking or calling out. Husband jumped off the couch to stop him from coming in. We were due to checkout at 11am. It was a little after 10.
Summary: It was the least expensive of all options. We only needed for 1 night and it served its purpose.

Positive: Close to shops, restaurants etc. easy base to get to attractions around the island. Room sizes and bathroom sizes were good.
Negative: Had an issue with laundry. Hours state 8am-10pm. Had our washing in dryer on last night. As we were leaving early in morning. Went to collect it at 9:45pm and was locked out of laundry room. (Pin code wouldn’t allow access). Tried the main office but they close at 8pm. They provide an after hours number for emergencies. Tried that number several times and it would ring out to voicemail. Left a message. No one ever contacted me back. (Lucky it wasn’t a major emergency!!) ended up finding a number for security on the wall and called them. They answered and came and unlocked laundry and said it locks out at 9:50pm.

Negative: The little coffee maker doesn’t work well when making a lot of hot water. You need to fix the sliding door locks. I was in two different rooms n they both were broken. Not safe!

Positive: Staff was nice and helpful Nice market area around with lots of restaurants and shops my Big rooms
Negative: Old smell in rooms. A kettle in the kitchen would be nice. One da there was no water running in the whole building until 11am due to constructions and the staff didn’t even know about it

Positive: The size and the Jacuzzi was well heated.
Negative: There was only one Ac in the parlor so the room was a little warm but it was still a comfortable temperature.
