The Dunes of Seagrove complex will be going through exterior renovation from 8 September 2025 to March 2026. Renovation of this unit's building is not scheduled to begin unit November 2025. However, there will be activity, noise, and workers present beginning early September. Interior redecorated in 2024 and 2025 with new furniture, carpet, and fresh paint. Extra large deck. (One of the very few with tiled deck)
If you're familiar with Scenic Hwy 30A, you know it's a step up from crowded Destin and Panama City Beach.
The pictures ("real", not enhanced or photoshopped) do not do justice to one of the nicer two bedroom condos on 30A. We want you to have the best vacation you've ever had at a reasonable price so we are offering our condo at very competitive, discounted rates. You get a platinum level condo at a bronze level price. Because we offer the best beachfront value, we have continually experienced 95%+ occupancy. Our main goal is your satisfaction. Summary: We had a wonderful week with our family of 4! The condo was spacious, clean, and stocked with everything we needed. We really liked that it was so close to the beach and pool and that it was set back from 30A, yet easy to access by a short walk or bike ride.

Summary: This is my 2nd time staying at this property. My sister & I (and a friend) stayed last spring. This time my sister & I took our parents. Like before, we enjoyed this condo very much. Very clean, comfortable and great location. The pool area is very nice and such an easy walk to the beach. We loved sitting on the spacious patio at the condo as well. We had plenty of towels and other amenities inside the condo, too. Beds are very comfy and just the right amount of space for our group. I would highly recommend staying wat Ken's property. He makes the whole process very easy and is very nice to work with. Would love to visit again one day.

Summary: This is the second time we have stayed in this unit and love it! I like that the condo is an end unit so close to the stairs - making a short walk to your car or the beach/pool.

Summary: This condo was one of the best properties that we have stayed. Very clean and organized. The amenities from the property was great as well. Nice gym, tennis courts and two full size pools and still very short walk to the beach! Would highly recommend staying at this property!

Summary: We have visited Destin / Ft. Walton several times. This was our first time staying in the 30A area. We definitely will be booking with Ken again. The Condo was very very nice and comfortable. Easy access to everything. You will not be disappointed!!! We especially enjoyed walking down the beach to play and relax at the inlet to Deer Lake. Looking forward to staying here again soon!!

Summary: We absolutely loved everything about this condo stay! Ken made the process so smooth from start to finish. The condo is very neat and so nicely decorated. The patio is out of this world! It is very large compared to any patio I've ever had at any rental property or hotel. It has ample seating for lounging and an outdoor dining area. It also has a pretty view of pool area & the dune/beach. The location it perfect! You can quickly walk to the pool and then out onto the beach. We also felt it was so nicely located close to lots of restaurants, Deer Lake Park & the other 30A communities. The condo & complex was so nice and quiet and relaxing. The whole trip we just kept commenting on how we felt like we couldnt have picked a better place for a relaxing week (teachers wanting to rest over our spring break). We even enjoyed some walks in the neighborhood as well as renting bicycles nearby. The condo is well stocked with anything we needed (towels, pillows, etc.). We didnt use much in the kitchen (since we enjoyed many local restaurants), but the kitchen included lots of amenities as well. The beds were very comfortable as was the livingroom furniture. Ken communicated with us via text to welcome us at arrival & departure. He was so great to work with. This property & host receives our highest praise!! We loved everything about our week of rest, relaxation & good food on 30A!
