Positive: Very clean and comfortable room in a charming historic house. Nice soft towels. Well stocked pantry for coffee/tea and half and half in the fridge. Good security/felt safe. Near groceries/restaurants/subways. And close to beautiful Prospect Park.
Negative: The steps (inside and out) can be a bit challenging with luggage. Michelle kindly helped with me with my bag.
Summary: Loved it. Would stay again.

Positive: Much cheaper than other accommodation in NY I could find (booked 5 mths in advance and looked for under $200 per night - which is a struggle thesedays). Toilet was clean. Only ca 25 mins on metro B or Q to Times Sq.
Negative: Can hear all noises, steps, heating loud when put on and possibly property’s washing machine. Our room had only one good pillow and another one was high and hard. Room a bit dated and a strange, almost empty room with it, looked like a storage. Neighbourhood a bit rough and has vape shops etc. Quite difficult to reach from JFK (air train -> A -> C -> S). Bad Wi-Fi. Communication a bit hard and done via automated messages.
Summary: No frills accommodation, for us it was ok there was no breakfast served. Shared bathroom was no issue for us as right ne
