Positive: The host was exceptional! Great communication prior to and during my stay. The kitchenette was well appointed and enough for breakfast (which the host ensured was available for me in the morning by having fruit, cereal, oatmeal,milk, coffee and tea options. Be sure to read the messages that are sent. I missed a couple where I was asked what I wanted in my room. Bed was comfortable and host made sure there were extra portable radiators because of the frigid weather. Location was perfect. Close to Chatham University. Restaurants within 2 mile radius. Uber rides available late night and early morning. When I return to Pittsburgh, I plan to stay here. Cannot complement the host enough!
Negative: The shower was a little tight but not a huge issue. Just need to be aware.
Summary: Excellent Host! Beautiful historic location.

Negative: The breakfast that we thought would be included with the room is disappointing and very minimal, with some fruits and prepackaged oatmeal. We were told there would be milk but were not given any.

Positive: Stayed in the garden suite. The bed was comfortable and there was balcony which was nice to keep the door open for fresh air. The spa tub could be bigger. But overall was very satisfied with our stay there.

Negative: The exterior, entrance doors, and banister need attention. Foam mattress was compressed in spots.
