Positive: Ample off road parking; A warm welcome; Spacious en-suite bedroom with t/c facilities, large tv, fridge with milk, water and orange juice provided; Lovely breakfast; Easy 10ish min walk into Newport centre.

Negative: Main road is noisy so had to keep windows closed at night, although a fan is provided in the room. En-suite is small but adequate; shower is good.

Positive: David and Agnes were lovely hosts. Everything was clean. We slept well. Full English breakfasts were excellent. The room wasn't very big, but we could fit in it. The toilet is across the hall.

Negative: The downside was that the room didn't have a sink, but we didn't really mind.
