Positive: Pondok Santi is the kind of place that takes your breath away the moment you arrive. The staff are beyond amazing, warm, attentive and genuinely caring, they make you feel instantly at home. It never feels forced; you can tell they truly enjoy looking after their guests. The estate itself is stunning, with peaceful gardens, swaying palm trees and the most beautiful stretch of beach. Our villa was spacious and private, exactly as we hoped for, but even better in real life. What really stood out was the personal touch, everyone seemed to know us by name. The food was so good that we ended up having breakfast, lunch and dinner here every single day. Fresh, flavorful and beautifully presented, we loved every meal. It felt more like staying with friends who really care than at a resort. Pondok Santi is not just a place to stay, it’s a place to remember and return to.

Positive: Location, very good food breakfast and dinner, maybe the best on the island, friendly staff, great massage value for money
Negative: The smell in the villa (although the staff brought some aromatherapy), the toilet is old, the free bicycles are old should be replaced, the pool from the villa is very old as well as the main pool.
Summary: Good spot in Gili T., probably the best from this island!

Positive: Beautiful accommodation, with a wonderful outdoor bathroom. Delicious breakfast, we took advantage of the beach. Nice beach, clean sea. Quiet place.
