Summary: The host’s hospitality was amazing! They were very informative throughout our entire booking process. The home itself was very clean and spacious. Although we packed our own items, it was refreshing to see how they supplied the basic household items, that was extremely thoughtful. The pool area was so relaxing and peaceful. We look forward to returning in the near future!

Summary: This was our first trip to Ponte Vedra, and our first ever VRBO! We came down to see our daughter and grandson, and this place had everything we needed! Neighborhood is adorable and the house is so comfortable. We made such great memories there and definitely look forward to another stay! Highly recommended and appreciated!!!

Summary: Fantastic location for our needs! Plenty of space and well equipped kitchen. Our son had a medical procedure, so all 3 of us slept in the master bed. It was comfortable and a great space for recovery. We were all able to rest well before heading back home. We were able to find lots of great restaurants and shopping nearby. The older bathroom on the property needs some attention by the cleaning staff. Otherwise, the home is very clean and looks as described.

Summary: This is a wonderful, clean, comfortable house in a quiet neighborhood. It was exactly as it was described and perfect for our family of 6 adults and a toddler. The house allowed us to be together under one roof as we came to Jax from NC and Ca for our mother/grandma’s funeral. We especially appreciated the pack and play and high chair that were provided. The master bedroom and bath were spacious and made us feel right at home. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking. We enjoyed the large family room for relaxing and spending time together. Although the water was not as warm as we had hoped due to some chilly nights, we had some brave souls that went swimming. The rest of us did sit with our feet in the water and enjoyed relaxing in the beautiful backyard even eating outside. Check in was easy and communication was excellent. Thank you for your hospitality. We look forward to staying here again when we come back to the area to see family.

Summary: We loved our time in Ponte Vedra. This house was perfect for our family. The bedrooms were all really nice and comfortable. We loved sitting in the sunroom every morning to drink coffee and share meals around the table. We were only a couple of minutes from everything in Ponte Vedra and even had bikes to use there. The property owners were fantastic and great about communication. 5/5 recommend and would rent again.

Summary: Fantastic stay in an idyllic, quiet neighborhood that is a short distance away from the beach, groceries, and restaurants. Everyone slept very well in the various bedrooms (much better than the usual rental properties), the common areas were perfect for relaxing, and the kitchen was well-appointed (we cooked most nights). Wifi is strong for those who need to work, while check-in / check-out and overall communication were also top-notch. Would definitely stay at this property again!
