Summary: This was the perfect family property with plenty of room, wonderful pool/ hot tub, amazing views, comfortable decor and the perfect location for our visit. Laura, our host, was wonderful and provided additional items to make our infant grandson's visit more comfortable. Everyone raved at the beautiful location and great carries of the house.

Summary: The house is spacious and very clean. The views were fantastic. Pool was great! Nice and heated. Hot tub had a small leak but was plenty hot and easily accommodated 5 adults, so no issues there. Great communication with host. It's clear she cares about the property and wants us to be comfortable. We come to grand junction area every year for the past 5 years and this was easily the best place we have stayed. Would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Summary: Great house for a fun trip with small children. Pool was great! Short drive to good golf and several cute small towns. Host even left some extra baby stuff for us because she knew we had 2 infants with us!

Summary: I wouldn't hesitate to rent this house again. The Monument and many hiking trials are within 5-10 minutes from the house. We loved the pool and all the floaties/toys provided, especially on the 100 degree days. The house was clean and comfortable. We did have a few things come up but the owner was responsive and was able to help us quickly.

Summary: We chose this location because we thought it would offer something for everyone and it did! Laura was a very responsive host. The pool was a hit with everyone and the hammock offered each person a little quiet time off to themselves for a bit when needed. The outdoor table/grill area got plenty of use and the fact that it was covered was appreciated for coverage from the sun and even one evening when we got a few raindrops. The spacious indoor space was also utilized to a great degree and we had a fantastic time gathering around the kitchen making meals and an awesome game night. We also enjoyed a hike and a trip to the nearby Dinosaur Museum. Our whole group had a blast!

Summary: The home was exceptional. The owner, Laura had everything essential and beyond that we could possibly need available in the home (It's not just a house). We could not have been happier and hated to leave. Everything is really top quality...not a typical VRBO. There was plenty of room for my adult children and grandkids to celebrate my milestone birthday week with us. My group was super happy and amazed with the entire stay from the home, pool, ...beautiful sunset watching spot on the back hill, 1 mile bike rides around the cul de sac and even the kids trying to catch frogs and little lizards around the pond. We napped in the hammock in the beautiful yard. We Brought a telescope as the sky was amazing and saw a meteor shower from the hot tub. We visited the many natural wonders that are all around the area. We evem squezzed in some orchards, vineyards and hikes. It could not have been better and Laura is a superb Host. I'd text a question and quickly have a response. She was awesome

Summary: What a great property for a family vacation. We had 6 adults and 6 kids and the house was prefect. The pool was a definite hit by all. The views from the house are breathtaking (adults would gather in morning to view the monument). Location is wonderful for grocery stores and monument. The house has a great floor plan for a family gathering, we could all watch a video in the living room and had plenty of dining room seating. The host was very friendly and very responsive to questions. Would definitely stay here again.
