Wonderful Bay Park Ocean view and Mission Bay view home with private pool and spa. Architecturally interesting home with Designer finishes and state of the Art amenities through out.
The home is 2500 sq feet of interior living space, spread over 3 levels.
The ground floor consist of two guest bedrooms with sliding doors to the Pool and entertaining area . There is a large guest bathroom with separate shower, large tub and double sinks. The bathroom is finished in travertine and has separate door to access the pool area. Each of the two guest bedrooms has a queen size bed, linens, and large walk in closet a wall mounted television. and a split AC/heating unit. Also on the ground level is the Entry Hall and laundry area. See Further Details section for complete details!
The second floor of the home consists of the formal living room which has 10 ft. double french doors that lead to the bay view terrace with an outside seating area to enjoy the views, and the Sea World fireworks! The living room also has a dual sided gas fireplace for your enjoyment.
The formal dining area seats 6 in comfort with large windows overlooking the entry courtyard with beautiful and lush tropical landscaping and a unique fountain.
The kitchen has a gas range, microwave, dishwasher, commercial oven, custom slab granite counters, and a large center island with bar seating. The kitchen adjoins an area with Couch, wall mounted TV, kitchen table that seats 4 and split Ac./heating units. All of this can be enjoyed while overlooking the rear yard, pool and spa.
This second floor Kitchen is connected to the pool and spa by a outdoor custom metal freestanding landing and stair case.
The Pool area has a gas grill, and outdoor seating for dining and entertaining. There are chaise lounges to soak up the sun and floating rafts for the pool.
The Top floor of the home is dedicated as a 'Master Retreat'. It consist of a computer desk area overlooking the entry courtyard with amazing views of the Ocean and Mission Bay. The bedroom has a queen size bed and a mounted TV and split AC/heating unit The 'Master Retreat' also has an adjacent sitting area with a free standing gas fireplace and an adjoining small balcony with double french doors overlooking the rear yard and pool. The master bathroom has a large walk in shower with a window of views to the Ocean and Mission Bay, a double vanity, and a large walk in closet.

Summary: Three adult couples shared this home which is close to everything including the airport, but feels quiet and secluded. Pool and hot tub were enjoyed and the house was pleasantly stocked with all the essentials for a short vacation. Thanks again for everything Bruce and Susan.

Summary: The home was beautiful, very classy and welcoming. There is a great balcony view of Mission Bay. We loved the location. It was a quiet and safe neighborhood which was just minutes from the freeway access. This made it very simple to travel all over San Diego and the outlying beaches. We'd definitely stay here again.

Summary: This narrow, 3-story freestanding house feels more like a high end townhome. Contemporary decor, well equipped. The pool and spa are the stand-outs—pretty, heats up quickly, plenty of towels and easily accessible from 2 floors!

Summary: The house was far better than we imagined with touches around the house that gave it a far homier feel. Bruce was amazing and walked us through the entire property upon our arrival and even gave us suggestions for places to visit. It was the perfect house for a staycation while being close to just about everything we wanted to do. I would suggest using bug spray if you decide to sit in the hot tub as we all were devoured by mosquitoes. The house itself had a very private and secluded feel and had every comfort of home. We have every intention of returning and would rent this house again in a heartbeat.

Summary: We really enjoyed the home in Bay Park. 3 very nice bedrooms that were comfortable for 3 couples. Close to grocery store and airport. Very quiet neighborhood. It was great to have the pool and spa in the backyard. The kitchen was also set up well. A/c units worked well to cool off the kitchen and master bedroom.
