Centrally located, minutes from SeaWorld, Downtown, Pacific Beach, Ocean Beach, Old Town, La Jolla, local beaches, the SD Zoo & more! Easy access to outdoor activities such as running, surfing, biking, boating, water-skiing, paddle boarding, kayaking, fishing & more.

Please note that there are some on and off construction projects in the neighborhood. The hours for workers are typical daytime working hours and any noises are not disruptive. Also, it's quiet at night and will not impact sleeping.. We haven't had and problems or complaints but it's something we feel we should mention.

Summary: Fantastic spot! Close to all the attractions we planned to go to during our trip. Great communication. It was chilly so we didn’t spend time on the deck but the view was beautiful regardless. Parking was simple and always had access which can be a challenge in SD. Dude the dog was a cutie pie! This was my first experience with VRBO. 10/10 and I hope to rebook in the future!

Summary: Superb location close to beach , restaurants and local shops. Excellent communication and greeted by their gorgeous Labrador “Dude”. Shower is out of this world and all kitchen needs are provided for meals in house . I will definitely love to stay again !

Summary: We enjoyed our stay! It was very clean, and the bed was amazing! The pull-out bed was also very nice for my daughter when she spent a night with us! This unit had great amenities and our hosts were awesome! Also, very happy about the gas grill and out door furniture.
