Experience Dunsborough’s relaxed laid-back lifestyle in this wonderful 6 bedroom 3 bathroom house set on 5 acres of property.
Situated half way between the beaches of Dunsborough and Yallingup and only a short drive to the popular wineries, Popeyes Patch will have you unwinding and relaxing as you fit in to the southwest atmosphere.
If you are looking for somewhere with ample space Popeyes is perfect for large groups of people.
With the huge fully fenced 5 acre property there is plenty of room for boats and cars.
The open plan kitchen is modern and new and features 900 mm oven, and stainless steel appliances. and the dining room offers a large 12 seater dining table to seat everybody together or open up the double glass sliding doors to the huge covered alfresco area at the front of the house where you can cook on your 4 burner gas BBQ.
The kitchen, dining and living areas are climate controlled with reverse cycle air conditioning or if you prefer there is a large fan forced combustion wood fire to give the house that beautiful warmth and atmosphere.
The six bedrooms all feature queen size beds with electric blankets if you so desire.
There is a 46" digital LCD TV with DVD player, stereo system CD player and there's a separate kids activity play room, adjacent to the main lounge.
The bird life is amazing....so much variety.....blue wrens, 28's, the wonderful black cockatoos, and rosellas. Kangaroos graze in the paddocks.
Although we can't hold weddings at the property, this is a great place for extra guests to stay when your having your wedding.
Portacot and High chair included.
Linen for 6 queen beds and 2 singles, as well as bath towels, bath mats and face washers, tea towels and oven mitt etc are all included in the price.

Fantastic place to stay! March 14, 2017
We had 11 people staying here plus a newborn baby and it was perfect. Enough room for everyone plus bathrooms and toliets. We had a wedding in yallingupbrooke and the location was ideal. I would definitely stay at this property again

Fabulous get away December 27, 2016
We stayed here with family visiting from uk the week before Christmas and had a wonderful time. The house is split symmetrically so both families had their own half of the house and would eat, socialise in kitchen and living spaces. The house is well equipped and close to Dunsborough centre yet has the feeling of being in the bush.... where we enjoyed Roo spotting at dusk with the kids.

Summary: We would highly recommend this place to anyone. So relaxing! Lots of space and plenty of sleeping options. Thoroughly enjoyed the outdoors area too. Has an amazing time there and would definitely come back!

Summary: What's good: 1. Well presented home. 2. Suitably provisioned. 3. Lovely quiet location and comfortable sized home for a large family or multiple families. 4. Great communication and support from the Host/s. 5. Would definitely stay here again. Would be better if: 1. Provision of a vacuum stick would be handy for daily cleaning by guests; 2. Needs a second fridge to accommodate the number of persons staying; 3. Outdoor TV shown in photos is not working - suggest remove or replace; 4. Small TV & DVD player in kids games room is not working - suggest remove or replace; and 5. A deep clean is required. Scum, mold and dirt has built up in the nooks-and-crannies.

Summary: Returning from last year, this is now our yearly getaway Accom. For 6 ladies it's perfect. Has everything you need for a relaxing stay and is quite central to all that Dunsborough has to offer. We will be booking for next year's getaway.

Summary: We were a group of 8 and the size and number of rooms was perfect for us with plenty of space in the living areas so that we could both be all together or find a quiet spot to ourselves. It is in a great location being only a few minutes drive to Dunsborough and of course easy to get to the other parts of this south west area. It is very peaceful and quiet and many magpies and parrots and other birds visit the bush setting garden. We would definitely stay here again.

Summary: We had a great stay. The property is a great size with plenty of room for all to enjoy. Close to Dunsborough and all the south west has to offer. Checkin was seamless and Adam was a great help. It was a perfect getaway for our extended family trip down south.

Summary: This is an amazing property for large family/group. Each family had their own bathroom. The verandah was great for the kids to ride their bikes and scooter. The property is fenced so nice and safe. Our only gripe was it wasn’t very clean, overall it needs a good clean. Needs new knives & scissors as they are all blunt. Would definitely hire this property again.
