Summary: Our family recently stayed here over Memorial Day weekend and loved every minute. The house location was perfect for our family. The house felt brand new and one couldn't ask for a better location with its proximity to the beach and the market. We will definitely be returning again.

Summary: This was the first time visiting the Cape with a group of girlfriends. We really enjoyed the house and loved the amenities. The pool was closed during our time, but we enjoyed the hot tub. The house was clean and the area was very quiet. Would stay here again!

Summary: Spacious, beautifully-furnished, light-filled home on the Cape, a short 3 minute walk from the beach in a very safe community. Well-stocked kitchen. Appliances/amenities all appear to be brand new. A lovely location for a family retreat. We stayed over Thanksgiving, so cannot speak to the pool/jacuzzi/fire pit since it was too cold to be outside. Prompt, helpful communication with Paul (especially when our son accidentally left his laptop behind!) Would love to stay again sometime. Minor suggestions include pot-holders for kitchen and recycling cans/system.

Summary: We had an amazing trip to Paul's property in Poppy. House is incredible, and Paul is a very responsive host. Wish we came earlier in the year to use the pool, but the hot tub (and overall outdoor space) was excellent. Design of the house fit our family well (2 adults, 2 kids, and 2 grandparents). Amenities were superb and beds were some of the best we've slept in for a rental property. Would definitely come again.
