Summary: Cute cottage, and everything in the home was as described and was a great location to walk to Dean’s pond, the beach, the village, and The Spit. Took family from the west coast to experience New Seabury which I always enjoyed growing up here in the summer as a kid. The house had everything needed for a comfortable stay, made most meals at home, and enjoyed evenings as a family walking to the ice cream shop and then relaxing on the screened porch and living room. The house was stocked with anything needed such as laundry detergent, soap, and towels both for the beach and bathing. The outdoor shower was great - hot water immediately which was nice. The owner, Rich Flynn, was excellent host and very responsive to any question we had. Really appreciated his flexibility with our stay and his friendly personality which enhanced our visit to Poppy. Thank you Rich for everything and helping our family make a memory we will always remember fondly.

Summary: Wonderful house, friendly owner, amazing location, screened in porch and outdoor shower. This is a classic Cape house with a fantastic location a block from the bridge to the beach and an easy walk to the Popponesset Market (restaurants, mini golf, convenience store, ice cream, etc.). Note: as per their posting, window units for A/C and no dishwasher. But also, in the shed they have basically everything you could ever need for claming, beach chairs, canoe and kayak for the pond...you name it! Saved us a massive packing headache. Wonderful experience.

Summary: Our family thoroughly enjoyed our summer week off in this Popponesset Beach cottage. Easy walk to the association beach and the Popponesset Marketplace. Clean and cozy, every space is well planned and utilized. The cottage is well stocked with beach and vacation gear. Our neighbors were a combination of weekly renters and long time residents and were very friendly. There were plenty of folks walking their dogs and young kids freely playing with their friends. An idyllic vacation spot for families.

Summary: This home and location are perfect for a Cape Cod vacation. The home is exactly as described - and it is immaculate and fully stocked. Rich was diligent in his communication and responsiveness and great to work with. The location - a short walk from the beach in this great family-friendly community - was ideal. The screened porch served as my husband and my office space for the week and the great internet connection made our remote work seamless. Hope to stay again at this home next summer!

Summary: We had a really nice stay. The house was exactly as we had imagined with enough space for 4 of us and our dog! The walk to the beach was quick and easy. Rich was very responsive and check in on us a few times to make sure we had everything we needed. We would definitely return.
