Summary: A dripping tap in the spa on arrival was reported but still dripping on checkout. Hot water was intermittent and non-existant in the mornings. The final morning our floor was flooded by water running down the wall from the air conditioner. Our bags and belongings were wet. We were given towels to sop up the water. The dogs from next property barked all night. However, the staff were polite and helpful. Angela was a stand out.

Summary: I love everything about poppys the staff the room breakfast the view love the vibe and it’s close to the markets staff is so reliable 10 out of 10 overall enjoyed my stay😊

Summary: My stay at Poppy’s was great. The staff were so friendly and just lovely. Breakfast was bought to my room each morning with fresh fruit, yoghurt, cereal, bread and the accompanying condiments.

Summary: Staff were wonderful. Friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, we were unable to swim in the lagoon due to pollution. The 3 swimming pools were great and very clean.

Summary: Pool was dirty with us pulling out dead crabs and lizards. There was no shade around the family pool.

Summary: Breakfast was same every morning and expensive considering that they actually didn't cook it. Just yogurt, white non tasty bread and croissant, juice and fruits. Staff kept forgetting thing all the time and I had to remind them every day to bring me breakfast and don't take my laundry basket away etc... When I politely complained about service for stuff, their reactions were not apologizing. Instead more like I they showed some tiredness or were not happy that I say about things...
