We at Florida Sun Vacation Rentals are excited to offer you PORTRUSH 3075 AT THE INNISBROOK RESORT.
Beautiful Professionally Decorated Condo. The condo has a full kitchen (fridge, stove, oven, dishwasher), 2 full size beds, 1 bathroom. The living room sofa has a pull-out queen sleeper and walk out to balcony patio. It is turn key and ready for your enjoyment.
You will have access to the laundry room where you can do your laundry for free and hotel ice maker. Free parking is in the parking lot right outside your condo.
Your condo is located on the 2nd floor of the Portrush building with walkout to your patio.
Your Bedroom has 2 full size beds, its own full bathroom with a beautiful shower; there is a door between the living room and bedroom. The living room also has its own workspace. You will have your own TV and Wifi.
The large living room has a sofa that can be pulled out into a queen sleeper. The full-sized kitchen has refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave and dishwasher.
You have TV, WIFI and central AC. Plenty of Towels, extra linens, hair shampoo/conditioner, soap, hair dryer, iron, iron board ( in laundry room) are provided. The kitchen is stocked with all your cooking and baking necessities, dishes, silverware, glasses etc. We provide Coffee Maker. A toaster and microwave are in your condo as well.
The laundry room is located down the hallway of the building (by the stairs) and has plenty of washers and dryers that are free for you to use.
The condo is located inside the beautiful 1000-acre Innisbrook Golf Resort and Spa with 24-hour gated security and home of the PGA Valspar Championships. The Resort has restaurants and a sports bar on site.
The Osprey Sports bar has live Entertainment every Friday and Saturday night from 7: 30 pm to 11:30 pm. Packard's Steakhouse is a fine dining restaurant and one of the best Steakhouses in the area.
The condo has its own entrance and you will have the entire condo for yourself to enjoy, and relax with a wonderful view! Guest are permitted to use the laundry room and all of Innis brook’s exceptional restaurants.

Summary: We wanted a clean, comfortable place that was convenient to our function at Innisbrook Tennis facility, yet far enough away to provide peace and quiet in a tranquil setting. This was perfect. The condo was well equipped with everything we could use to make our stay comfortable! Near to restaurants, shopping, and location perfect.

Summary: The property was clean, had everything we needed. Couldn't find the garbage disposal for a while -- it's a button actually on the sink -- lol. Security going into the resort. Quiet, well groomed property on a golf course.

Summary: I stayed a week and could have stayed longer. Property is very peaceful. The condo is the perfect size. Much nicer and less expensive than a hotel room. The small kitchen had full size appliances and plenty of counter space. The view was possibly one of the best in Innisbrook. So many water birds around the ponds. Even fox squirrels! It's a very scenic golf course with older trees. Nice place to walk, as well.

Summary: An adequate size for two adults. Balcony is large and overlooks the golf course so a very nice view. Having the laundry room just down the hall from condo was handy. The one thing I didn't pick up on from the pictures was there is no coffee or end tables to put a beverage on. The beds were very comfy but you couldn't put a/c below 73 so for northerners or hot sleepers that could be a downturn. There are ceiling fans so if you don't mind them you should be cool enough. The grounds are vast and well kept with a guard at the entry gate. Very safe feeling. Would rent again.

Summary: Unit was recently renovated and is tastefully decorated. Furnishings are clean and comfortable. Kitchen is new and is well equipped. Unit was clean except for a few hairballs (animal hair) on the floor. Covered patio is very spacious and offers a golf course view. The patio furniture is not very appealing or comfortable. Overall it was a positive experience.
