Positive: This is a beautiful hotel. The staff was very nice and the breakfast was absolutely amazing. The rooftop views were stunning, and the ambiance was great. The bathroom was huge, and the shower and water pressure were great. It is a very quiet and peaceful location.
Negative: Unfortunately, the pool was too dirty to get in, and the bed was not very comfortable. The room was a little small, but it was fine for one or two nights. The rooms lead right to outside, and unfortunately, we did have a bit of a mosquito problem in our room.

Positive: The property was beautiful! We enjoyed the roof terrace very much! Most of the staff was very friendly. The location was great, lots of things in walking distance, but a quiet area.
Negative: The woman who worked the front office was rude and made us feel like we were burdening her (which was the opposite of the man who worked the front other times, very nice, helpful, and friendly.) The room was dimly lit including the shower and it was hard to see. The bed was hard too.

Positive: My fiancé and I travelled to Guatemala and Antigua was our last stop, and I am so glad it was because Posada del Angel was such an amazing experience to end our trip on. The staff was beyond exceptional and accommodating, the breakfast was amazing, as well as the rooftop and the view from the rooftop, and the hotel itself was beautiful. It was such a tranquil place and a wonderful place to relax after a long day of walking. I can't say enough good things about our stay.
Negative: We loved everything about our stay and the hotel.
Summary: Best decision to stay there and I highly recommend others do as well.

Positive: Small boutique hotel, thoughtfully designed but not overdone. A little bit of fading charm. Immaculate, excellent service. Quiet location. Beautiful roof terrace for delicious breakfast and relaxing.
Negative: I didn’t like the loud and rude tour group of Americans who stayed one night and behaved as if they owned the place.
