THE BEACH: "Coco Villa" is a luxury 2 bed 2 bath condo located in Jupiter Beach. Sleeps 4. The unit is located on the ground floor and offers 2 patios with lovely views of the garden. Coco Villa is a 10 minute walk or a 2 minute drive to Jupiter Beach.
THE COMMUNITY: The Jupiter Bay community offers 2 heated pools, tennis courts, and an on site restaurant which overlooks one of the community pools and the community Lake.
INSIDE: This property has been fully renovated & designed from floor to ceiling by our POSHPADZ Luxury Interiors team. You have a fully equipped and new kitchen with double fridge, chef faucet and all items you need to make that wonderful meal. Diners can sit at the dining table whilst chatting with your chef! Free high speed wifi. Don't forget the huge SMART TVs in the living room and bedrooms. Both bedrooms offer luxurious King size beds and flat screen TV's. Everything is brand new and you cant beat the prime location. There is even a George Foreman Grill on the private patio!
STARTER PACKS: All POSHPADZ properties come with a starter pack of 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 roll of paper towels, dishwasher tabs, hand soap, hotel size shampoo and conditioner, starter laundry detergent, starter garbage bags.

Summary: This villa is located in the end unit of a large beautiful community. The decorating is very pretty. We appreciated the ease of communication with management and the inclusion of beach chairs. The description is deceiving though. The title stated “walk to beach” and the description details mentions a 10-minute walk to Jupiter Beach. We are avid walkers and found many restaurants within walking distance, but we still needed to drive to the beach because there is no good way to walk to the public beach in a realistic amount of time (but it is a very short drive). It was nice to experience free beach parking in Florida! Jupiter is a great place to visit. The people are friendly and polite. There is a lot to do there and it’s obvious the locals care about their beautiful community.

Summary: We were very pleased with our stay at Coco Villa. We had 2 couples and there was plenty of space for all of us. The condo was very clean and decorated nicely and the beds were extremely comfortable. The location was perfect as it is close to the Marina and beach and many restaurants. We have family that stays in Jupiter for a few months in the winter and we would definitely rent this condo again in the future.

Summary: This was a stunning condo, in a great area. It has everything you could want and it is luxurious to sleep there. I had my almost 18 yo son with me from Michigan for a week, and I will stay here again next year. Gina was very easy to get ahold of if needed. We loved it.
