Summary: Property was nice, clean and roomy. Owners were very accommodating requesting that if anything additional was needed, they were there to help. Would recommend and very fair nightly price! Thank you!

Summary: We recently stayed at this property and while there were some positives, there were also a few major downsides. The space itself was large and roomy, which we appreciated, but unfortunately, it was uncomfortably cold throughout our stay. We tried adjusting the thermostat, but it didn’t seem to help much. The tenants upstairs were extremely noisy, making it hard to relax, especially at night. On top of that, we encountered bugs in the bathroom, which was unsettling. On the plus side, the check-in process was very smooth, and the host was kind enough to accommodate our request for an early arrival, which we really appreciated. However, the issues with the noise and bugs were hard to overlook.

Summary: This was a well maintained and large place. They did only have one very flat pillow to use per person which sucked for sleeping. As well as the owner has control over tempature upstairs. Got hot without a fan and was hard to sleep. Other then that a very nice place and good communication back and forth with owner. Just unfortunate that we had to message so much about tempature.

Summary: Nice place. Our only concern is, this place is in the basement and there are people leaving upstairs. What can you expect? Noise of the steps. Other than that all good. Owner was pleasant. Place was huge.
