A wonderful Farmhouse awaits you, fully renovated with 7 bedrooms and 7 bathroom , offers the modern comforts , Ideal for any season.
Air Conditioning in all bedrooms and living rooms, patio, garden,large swiming pool wit sunbeds and umbrellas as well as a heated outdoor shower, stone barbeque .
The 350 sqm home is comprised of seven bedrooms, with seven bathrooms. On the grand floor chitchen nex to large dining room that overlooks covered patio where you can rest on the beautiful armchairs or have lunch al fresco.
The fully equipped kitchen features everything a chef could want. All appliances are brand new, including: gas range, oven, dishwasher, and refrigerator. An adjacent full dining room (seats 14) Tuscan BBQ and extraordinary fenced garden children play safe.
The seven wives with independent bathroom are bright and equipped with every comfort. Large wardrobes , very comfortable beds, windows with curtains and blinds.
For your enjoyment, the house has wi-fi internet service throughout.

Many wonderful destinations, including Florence, Siena, Cortona, Assisi, Arezzo and Rimini, are within easy driving distance and serve as great day trips. For the more adventurous, Rome and Pisa are each just a 2.5 hour drive from the house.
Getting to the villa is simple, there are nearby airports: Perugi, Sant Egidio international airport, 30 minutes by car. Florence 50 minutes by car, Bologna and Pisa just 90 minutes by car.
Holiday days pass quickly in the large spaces of the house and the location allows you to move around easily. The owner can help you and your family choose the best itineraries. You can go on bike or e-bike excursions along the Apennine ridge or along the floodplains of the Tiber river, you can instead decide to go fishing or visit museums where the most beautiful works of art in Tuscany are found, you can decide to visit cellars with tastings or simply enjoy the Tuscan sun.
Every week you will find a farmer's market with local products, on Wednesdays you can take part in musical performances in Anghiari in the evening, or on Fridays you can see the Meratino del Tarlo in Sansepolcro. In Arezzo, every first Saturday of the month, a visit to the famous craft market is recommended.

Summary: From the moment we first saw this amazing villa we knew it would be perfect for our 4 generation family getaway. Luca (and his father) are the best hosts you could ask for! Being available for us at any time made it so relaxing for us as we were able to ask questions, book restaurants, trips etc so easily. The fantastic pool was cleaned every day and our young grandchildren found access to the pool simple and safe. Plenty of comfortable sun loungers, plus some children's play equipment made this outside area ideal. We will definitely be returning!

Summary: Throughly enjoyed this property and holiday. We spent all long time searching for the right property for the 14 family members and this lived up to all our expectations. Plenty of indoor space and great outside space with great bedrooms and ensuites. Fantastic pool and grounds all kept to an immaculate standard. The owners were very friendly and communicated clearly from booking to arrival and welcomed us warmly. Great locations for exploring Tuscany and Umbria and we would very much recommend this property for large groups looking for a Italian break in the countryside.
