Summary: Enjoyed my stay at this apartment! You’re on a quiet, one-way street just a few blocks from the baseball field. Easy walk to restaurants and the metro station. Bed is very comfortable! Host was easy to communicate with - gave great instructions and replied to messages quickly. He was very helpful and friendly accommodating to my travel schedule, too.

Summary: This condo was the perfect size for what we needed. The couch and bed were beyond comfortable! We also enjoyed a night cap on the deck. The location has some places to eat a few blocks over by the stadium, and is about a half mile from the metro entrance. Check in was a breeze! And the host was super responsive, we would stay here again.

Summary: Israel is a great host with a lovely cozy home. We loved the location, kitchen supplies, sky line, back patio, comfy bed, strong wifi signal and quick communication. We had an issue with the bathroom sink and he came right over and fixed it. We wouldn't hesitate to stay again. Take advantage of this gem before it's gone.

Summary: Wonderfully located near the Navy Yard with a lot of restaurants and the metro within a short walking distance. The property owner was very nice and easy to get in touch with. We did have an issue with the A/C unit leaking that resulted in us having to shut off the A/C until it could be looked at. Fortunately, the weather was cool enough to leave the windows open, and the property owner immediately installed a window unit in the bedroom to keep it cool. I would recommend this property and would definitely stay again in the future.

Summary: This apt was recently upgraded and everything was new and in working order. A 5 minute walk to the BallPark Metro stop. Lots of restaurants withing 10 minute walk. The Nationals ballpark is a 5 minute walk. Israel answers emails in less than 5 minutes if you have a question. A very secure, clean apt within 10 minute walk of anything. No car needed. We stayed for 9 days without a car. The bed is very comfy with a nice comforter. Washer/Dryer work great! Israel supplies laundry soap and dryer sheets. Soap in the shower, and the shower is beautiful. Highly recommend for your DC vacation!

Summary: This was a very comfortable place for us to stay while touring Washington DC for the first time. Circulator bus stops are close by and very reasonable. Israel is very responsive and he helped us locate nearby grocery stores to pick up breakfast items. We would recommend this place for others.

Summary: The property is newly remodeled and very clean. It’s truly walking distance to the Capital Hall and basically every tourist attraction. We had no issues whatsoever and would love to go back!
