3 Bedroom House in Limerick

Come enjoy your vacation in our home on Sokokis Lake. Dog friendly and sleeps up to 8 people comfortably. This is the perfect places for a family getaway.
There are three bedrooms- the main floor bedroom has a queen bed, and each of the two upstairs bedrooms have queen beds (one of the upstairs bedrooms also has a twin bed). In between the two upstairs bedrooms, there is a common area that has an additional twin bed, futon, and chair/end table.
The bathroom on the main floor has a washer/dryer and shower. The upstairs bathroom has a tub/shower. Sheets and towels are provided.
Additional amenities include: a large deck with gas grill, beautiful full kitchen (with a gorgeous view of the lake), and an open concept dining room/living room with large TV.
Air conditioning, internet and cable are all included. The kitchen is stocked with dishes, utensils, pots & pans and basic food items. Paper towels and toilet paper will be stocked for your convenience.
Outside, enjoy the large deck with grill and deck furniture. There is a gently sloping grassy yard (with firepit) that leads to the lake, where you will find a dock and steps leading into the water. (See included pictures).
A rowboat and a paddle boat are available for use (and life jackets). You can also bring your own boat, kayaks, canoes, etc. Please no jet skis. There is a public boat launch just across the way. Bass fishing is also a big draw to Sokokis Lake- bring your rods!
Our location in Limerick is just 45 minutes from outlet shopping in North Conway, NH and 45 from Portland, ME. Ocean beaches are between 45-55 minutes away.
Limerick offers the small town feel with a few restaurants, a small grocery store, ice cream/donut shop, and pizza all within just a couple of miles.

Summary: This is our third year staying on Sokokis lake. This home is spotlessly clean, well supplied with beginning supplies . Having linens provided is such a big perk. Wonderful well used fire pit and lake access and dock were great. Very roomy for my family of five with room for company. Looking forward to returning next year

Summary: The house was clean and welcoming upon arrival. Easy communication with the host. Quiet neighborhood. The lake access was nice and water deep enough at the end of dock to jump off. We brought kayaks and paddle boards and enjoyed exploring the lake. Lots of floats, corn hole, lounge chairs and life jackets available in the very clean basement. Well stocked kitchen. We prepared and ate almost all meals at the house. Local grocery store about 5 minutes from the house had good sandwiches and salads. As well as most anything needed including a small deli and some local Maine products. Local donut shop very close by. If you’re a Dunkin fan that’s right around the corner too. Very enjoyable stay on Sokokis Lake.

Summary: The cottage is perfect. It is air conditioned. It is located on a quiet cove. There is boat launch nearby. Also close to shops. This marks our 3rd year. And we are coming back next year.
