Summary: It was a great house. HOWEVER, I would say it is hard pressed to say it sleeps 10 as advertised. I would say it sleeps 8 at best. We had 6 and that was comfortable. 3 were not able to make it. If we had the full 9 as originally scheduled, one would be sleeping on the couch (not a pullout), just the regular couch and that's not fair to pay that money and have them sleep on a couch. We would stay there again, but I would cap it at 8.

Summary: We had a great stay. It was close to stores if we needed anything, but still rural so it was quiet and secluded. The home was clean and tidy. The gate was a little tricky trying to figure out how to close it once we were back for the evening. Otherwise we will definitely stay here again.
