Built in 2016; this three-story home is located one block from perfect sunsets and two blocks from subdivisions' private beach access. First floor has tv seating area and half bath. Washer and dryer are in utility room on this level. The second level includes the kitchen which has stainless steel appliances, quartz counter tops and includes all the essentials for cooking. Island seating for three. This home boasts two master suites great for multiple families. The larger of the two master suites is located on level two with a large shower, double vanity and a private deck to enjoy your morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening. Comfortable seating and a gas fireplace in the living room keeps it toasty on chilly evenings. Full deck on front of house has outdoor dining table area and separate seating area with gas fire pit. The third floor has three more bedrooms, one of which is also a master suite that has doors to the front deck. Front deck has seating area and has fire pit. Table and chairs. A loft area on the third level with a TV makes a great place for teenagers to hang out. Front of home has decks on both levels that are 8 ft wide! Towels and beach towels are provided free of charge. We have a wagon for you to carry your beach gear or children to the tram and stairs which are about a 3 minute walk from the home. Enjoy all these amenities in a small, quiet subdivision just 5 miles from downtown South Haven and 15 miles from Saugatuck/Douglas. Enjoy surrounding wineries and golf courses within minutes from the home. Large yard available for outdoor activities. Corn hole (bags) and volleyball net located at property. Approximately 3200 sq ft home. Outdoor shower to rinse off after a day at the beach building sandcastles.

Summary: Slight delay with check-in due to cleaning service scheduling mistake, but the owner resolved the issue quickly! Communication with the owner was stellar! Accommodations, amenities, and view were great! Distance to HOA private beach was a short walk, and enjoyable without the crowd(s) of the public beach. Just a short 10" drive to downtown for shops and food options. The family enjoyed our stay 200%, and highly recommend this property!

Summary: Absolutely loved our stay at this Lake Michigan beach house! The location was fantastic, with breathtaking views and easy access to a gorgeous private beach. The sprawling home was perfect for our multigenerational trip, accommodating both grandparents and our energetic toddler. We were blown away by how well-equipped the house was – it truly had everything we could think of or need. This getaway exceeded our expectations in every way, making it an unforgettable experience. Summary: I have stayed in many Michigan rental properties and this is my favorite by far!! The house is literally perfect -- from the decor, to the outdoor space, to the amenities. Nothing is forgotten. We spent each morning walking on the beach looking for seaglass (the stairs are perfect for the kids and more athletic family members, otherwise the tram was easy to operate). Then we would take a short 10 min drive to do more serious beach time and shopping in town. After all our local daily excursions, we would spend the rest of the evening on all the glorious porches at the house. Finally finish our night by meandering down to the lake again for a sunset. There was so much room in the house, we had plenty of space for our family to spread out. Best equipped rental I have ever seen. All of our expectations were greatly exceeded. I can't wait to stay here again!

Summary: The house couldn’t have been more perfect for our family vacation. The host was beyond accommodating (she thought of everything/had everything we could possibly need), the house was beautiful and comfortable, it was a short walk to the beach (which was ideal for catching the amazing sunsets), and wasn’t too far from downtown South Haven. Despite having a wide range of ages in my family, there was something for everyone. I would definitely stay here again and will recommend it to all looking to visit South Haven/Lake Michigan.
