Positive: This property was everything the pictures promised. Great location and a spacious, modern home in a quiet neighborhood.

Summary: We all could not have been happier. This was the perfect spot. We all highly recommend it.

Positive: The size of the house was perfect for our party. Plenty of room to be together but also spread out enough to give each other space. The beach tram was incredible and the highlight of the trip.

Negative: There were some things that could use some care. When you pull up the first thing you notice is the green staining on the siding. Also, the dartboard would have been a hit but the darts were all beat up and missing pieces. You could also see handprints and smudges all over the walls on the way up the stairs.

Positive: Very well stocked, everything you need is there! Beautiful home in an amazing neighborhood with a terrific view a few steps away!

Negative: Mattresses were hard and being 3 stories it was hot upstairs or freezing down.
