Summary: Very clean one bedroom apartment. Off street parking was fantastic. Keypad to get in and out of our place. It was very convenient to Orange Park and green Cove Springs. We absolutely loved our visit.

Summary: The host Jackie was amazing. We were arriving days after Hurricane Milton hit the area. She kept us in informed about the area and the property. The property is in a wonderful quite neighborhood (I felt safe running every morning) and very close to multiple stores and restaurants. The kitchen area is tight but she has it set up very functionable. The bedroom and bathroom area was big enough for me an my husband. I would stay here again and would recommend it to family and friends.

Summary: I must have missed the part in the description that it was a section of the house we were getting and not a house. I was not comfortable with doors that led to the primary part of the house. I prefer complete privacy and to have a door that leads into our space just didn't sit well with me. Other than that it was ok.

Summary: I wanted to spend time with my niece and her family in Fleming Island Florida but have my own space. This little place was just minutes away, had EVERYTHING that I needed - and then some! Clean, comfortable and pretty - all at a much more affordable price than the closest hotel. The nice playground just 5 doors down the road was a fun place to take my 5 year old great nephew and neice.

Summary: We came to Fleming Island to visit relatives. Due to family illness we found it necessary to change our stay dates. Fortunately, the property was available and our host arranged for the change quickly and cordially. Our stay was delightful. Comfy bed and very clean throughout.
