Summary: This was our 3rd stay at this property, so obviously we like it. Very nice, pleasant walk to the green line,which is a definite plus! house is very clean a safe neighborhood. Nice little restaurant right around the corner for breakfast and lunch.Only thing is we could have used more wash cloths for 4 people, 3 nights, but there is a washer and dryer so we just washed them. Hope to stay here again on our next trip to Boston !

Summary: Staying at this apartment was a wonderful choice for our 50th reunion. The location was near the school, restaurants and activities we all wanted to do during the weekend. The unit was clean, quiet and well appointed for kitchen use. It was a pleasure working with Michael to reserve this place.

Summary: Michael was a very nice host who checked in on us the day we arrived, and assisted us upstairs with our bags. It was great to have a crib for a baby, which I missed in the photos so that was a huge help not to have to set up our travel crib. The apartment while nice is not baby proof, so it would be great to have a stair gate to protect little ones from the stairs. Plenty of space, and a convenient location to Newton, Brookline and the other Boston area suburbs.

Summary: Really enjoyed this unit. Plenty of space. Very clean. Have stayed in previous property by this host and liked this one a tad more. Only complaint was warmth of property when checking in. Because it is radiant heat, it took a bit to warm. Would definitely stay again.

Summary: VRBO suited our needs well, very clean, in a great location. Host was great in communication, very accommodating. But the driveway was difficult to maneuver with the downstairs guests. Also the front weeds look tacky and there are places in the apartment that need some attentions to make it more attractive and comfortable. could use some fixing up

Summary: This apartment was clean and welcoming! The beds pillows and blankets were soft and comfortable! We felt like this apartment gave us a taste of what living in Boston would be like. We enjoyed every minute of our stay! The second day we were there we did learn of a parking lot beside the T that we were able to park our car in, instead of walking to the T which was nice. Very residential area. CVS and grocery store right on the corner. Thank you Michael! We will definitely stay here again!
