Positive: Quaint old place in great location. AC worked great. snacks were great touch. Kitchen had every utensil known to man.
Negative: Back door/stairwell was dirty and let in flies. There were a few lock-boxes for keys, had to try some before one worked.
Summary: Bigger then expected with all the luxuries.

Negative: Only 1 of 3 bedrooms had air conditioning. No washer/dryer on premises. Street parking can be difficult to find.

Positive: Great apartment for visiting the Boston/Cambridge area! The owner was super responsive and helpful. She replied very quickly to any questions. The apartment was clean and was exactly as pictured. The self check in was simple, so it was easy getting in once booking and payment was confirmed. Located near public transport. Definitely recommend!
Negative: The only hassle was parking if you have a car with you. All of the parking nearby is permit only, so you may get a ticket if you park there and be mindful because they tow on street cleaning days.
Summary: Great apartment for staying with family or a group!

Positive: A great apartment located about 15 min outside the centre on the green T line, the stop was just 5 mins walk making it easy to get about. The apartment was clean, tidy and fitted with what looked like all new appliances. There were loads of restaurants / bars / shops within easy walking distance making it perfect for our needs. The property manager was really helpful and provided great comms.

Positive: This apartment is in the perfect spot if you want to spread your Boston time between BC, BU and downtown. The Green line T stops at the corner of the next block, making it easy to get around. Also, the property manager is super communicative and very nice. Great place to stay.
Negative: The only downside to this apartment is no parking spots, but you don't need a car in Boston. We parked ours at the Harvard garage and left it for the weekend. Oh also, the apartment is street level so big city street noise comes with the territory. Bring ear plugs if you're a light sleeper.
Summary: Convenient location, clean and updated space, and the property manager is super friendly & helpful.
