New to the market, this family cottage sit's on Saginaw Bay. Just a few steps down the hill, you'll enjoy a spacious private beach where you can play in the water all day, enjoy a front row seat to beautiful sunsets in the evening, and gaze at the stars around the fire pit at night.
The cottage has plenty of indoor and outdoor spaces to keep you in comfort while you gather with loved ones and make a lifetime of memories. The following is a listing of the amenities:

Fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, stove & microwave. We've added AC for the 2025 summer season, but you'll probably find you wont need it.

Summary: This was a very peaceful relaxing vacation with family. The house was very clean and provided everything we needed. Everything you needed for the beach was also provided and my granddaughter loved every minute and enjoyed the beach toys. We highly recommend staying here!

Summary: We really appreciated all the extra attention Terri made to make sure we had everything for our beach vacation. Kitchen well stocked. Enjoyed complimentary bottled water, beach towels, chairs and toys. Would definitely recommend. Having 5 bedrooms was great. Shampoo and conditioner supplied. Enjoyed sunsets and firepit with smores

Summary: What an amazing beach house! So much room! Great Outside area for friends and family to enjoy and couldnt be a better beach spot! 100% would recommend! Some great updates with some homemade touches, absolutely perfect for our wedding party and us to share!
