4 Bedroom House in Grand Junction

Enjoy this 4-bedroom lakeside haven at the best lake around! Great Bear Lake is one of the nicest all sport lakes in Southwest Michigan with an average depth of 30 feet and a clean sandy bottom. Escape to this lake house retreat that comes with a private beach and pontoon boat, fully furnished kitchen, 4 bedrooms (sleeps 18), and beautiful dining and living room with plenty of seating. Create a memorable experience with family and friends.
Boat:
Pontoon Boat will be included with your stay (4 night minimum from June-September)
The outside of the home features a large patio with tables and chairs that overlook the lake.
Private walkout Beach (in full sun) with sandy bottom swim area.
Foam Swim Pad (Lily pad) to play on.
Private Dock

We have plenty of Lifejackets Sizes: baby’s - xxl
Boat:
Pontoon Boat will be included with your stay (4 night minimum from June-September)
Guests will be responsible to fill gas tank upon departure.(Gas cans will be provided).
If you want to fish, please bring your own fishing gear. Fishing is great! Catch Largemouth, Perch, Northern, Bluegill, and Crappie right off of the dock. 16 and older will need to purchase a fishing license.
Fire pit = There will be enough firewood to last all week (If you need more, there will be an extra $50.00 charge)
Grill= Charcoal (you will need to provide your own charcoal)
Beach Towels:
Please bring your own. We will have a couple "emergency" towels.
During the week, you will practically have the lake to yourselves. Plus it’s not that crowded on the weekend either.

All bedrooms are clean and have zip-up waterproof mattress covers on them. There are also covers on the pillows as well. Each bedroom comes with a smart TV.

Summary: We’ve rented several Michigan lake homes, and this is hands down our favorite! Everything we could have wanted was here, and the host was super-helpful throughout. Great swimming, fire pit, even a pontoon boat. Perfection!

Summary: Family had a great time. Hosts thought of everything. Water toys, games, pontoon, all the amenities added to our comfort and fun. We had to bother Chris a few times and he was very welcoming to our questions.

Summary: We celebrated my dad's 80th birthday and truly had the most amazing time. The house was spotless and decorated beautifully. It was stocked with everything we needed and more including an air mattress, extra blankets, fans, and a portable bluetooth speaker for the boat. We spent most of our time outside. Lots of corn hole and bocce ball tournaments and the fire pit was perfect and stocked with firewood. Great Bear Lake is a beautiful lake with unbelievable sunsets! You can jump right off the dock into clear, clean water. We also used the paddle boards and kayaks everyday. Fishing was awesome too! The pontoon boat was the cherry on top. We loved that the boat came with the house rental. We used it many times each day but especially enjoyed the sunset cruises. Chris, the owner, was fantastic. He was attentive with all our questions and checked on us to be sure we had everything we needed. We will definitely be back to this house. I highly recommend it.

Summary: They thought of everything! Organized, clean house, with all the extras! Paddle boards, kayaks, pontoon, 2 fridges for your food and BBQ grill. Garage playroom with pool table was a hit with our teens. Excellent communication with owner. Seating for large family, indoors and out. Beautiful setting for a family getaway. Highly recommend!

Summary: The house was everything as described inside and outside. Very clean and organized, with plenty of kitchen dishes and supplies, indoor games for kids, and plenty of beach toys, kayaks, and outdoor games. The AC was perfect! The beach was great for our young grandkids, and the splash pad was enjoyed by all, as well as the boat. The lake temperature was perfect for our stay. The beds, dressers, closets were very nice, and the bedroom setup worked well for our family of 12. Plenty of room in the kitchen and family room for all! Chris addressed and resolved an issue immediately, which was great, and something you don't always get with rentals. We caught many fish, bass, bluegill, and croppies. We also picked cherries which was fun. Easy drive to local restaurants, South Haven, and the Warren Dunes. We would rent again!

Summary: The home was spotless and so well organized! Owner was very attentive and responsive to any questions that we had. The only downfall was not being able to bring our boat, but we completely understand the owner's reason for this.

Summary: Had a great time! Found everything we needed & things were labeled which made it very easy. We are a tall family & the stairs going up take a little adjustment but easily done. Used the north porch a lot! The dining table was great! Loved that there was plastic & glass dishes for the kids! Spent the whole time in the yard & lake! We all had a great time! Thanks Chris!

Summary: Wow, this house does not disappoint! Chris thought of everything for a fun vacation on a peaceful lake. What you see in the pictures is what you get. The beds were comfortable, the house very nicely decorated, and the outdoor space was awesome! Plenty for everyone to do. We loved that there was a large yard for when the days were cooler, and we made really good use of the kayaks and paddle boards. Chris has put a lot of thought and care into this rental and it shows. We didn't have any problems, but if we did, he was super easy to communicate with. We will be back!
