Home is newly constructed with spacious open floor plan with modern kitchen, master suite, and huge outdoor space. Close to the best hiking trails in the Catskills, with the highest peaks less than 30 minutes away. Outdoor space is gently sloped, perfect for snow sledding and tubing in the winter (search YouTube for Tranquil Mountainside Retreat to see our videos). There is a private hiking trail fully contained on the premises, just find the yellow checker blazes on the trees. For Internet and Wi-Fi, we are lucky to have fast cable service from Spectrum, 400 Mbps. Fully flexible cancellation policy.

Summary: 4 adults, 1 toddler and a dog. The space was perfect and the open floor plan was key! Our stay was in October so the view from the backyard was spectacular! Would definitely stay again.

Summary: My daughters and I enjoyed the peace and quiet of the mountains. The house was very clean and decorated well. We had everything we needed to cook and just enjoy it all. The dogs absolutely loved the space to run and be outside.

Summary: This was a fantastic vacation getaway! The house was beautiful and spotlessly clean. The outdoors was simply breathtaking, with gorgeous views and a lot of space for the kids to run around and explore. The pictures did not do it justice!! I would highly recommend!

Summary: This house was great for our family. It was clean and updated. The location was perfect for a retreat. High on the mountain with a great view and many options for hiking nearby. We were there in the winter and enjoyed the fire and slopped yard for excellent sledding. We do a lot of cooking. The kitchen had just what we needed but not much more. Host was very responsive and a pleasure to work with.

Summary: We came in August and this place not only met expectations but EXCEEDED them!! The beauty of the outside paired with the beautiful and super clean house was PERFECT for our family! Probably the nicest we have ever stayed at (and we have been renting places for almost 20 years!) and we could not have been happier! Joe was so quick getting back to me with any questions I had and I highly HIGHLY recommend!!

Summary: Joe was an excellent host--very responsive and nice. We LOVED the property--it was gorgeous! ON a beautiful hilltop with beautiful views, with fun amenities like firepits, hammocks and swings! The house is nice, neat and cozy. Great hikes nearby.
