Negative: It would have been nice to have some chairs with backs outside and at the dining table. No instructions how to find pool. A can opener would have been fantastic.

Positive: The location for our stay was great - close to the centre of Martinborough and 10 minutes away from our events venue. The house was clean, spacious and lots of natural light and a big table which was great for the 5 adults staying at this location.
Negative: I didn't like the constant reminders about rules (website and laminated page on the table). The main reason I chose this property was because of the "pool" even though it was communal, to cool off quickly on the hot days we were looking forward to - unfortunately the "pool" was almost 300 metres away, and not so much communal where I would assume there might be a handful of houses with quick access, but it was not convenient and was for the whole subdivision so didn't end up using. Also, there weren't clear instructions for the coffee pod machine, but it was clear on the rules that there was 1 pod per day per person. There were 5 of us staying, with 6 pods provided. We stayed for 3 nights we stays and these weren't topped up. The filtered boiling water spout in the sink would spit out out hot water so we had to turn this off, the nozzle in the kitchen sink was super messy, and getting into the driveway was very tight for a larger vehicle. For the price we paid, it's all of these little things that were disappointing...

Positive: Great house for family of 5. Be good if master bed had bigger bed for cost of property, unsure about latex/bumpy underlay on beds too,
Negative: Landscaping was bit messy, lawns were very overgrown .
