Newly built (2019) modern guest house. Has a queen size sleeper sofa and private bathroom with tile shower. 55 inch flat screen tv in the house and two 50 inch flat screen TV’s. One at hot tub and one at outdoor seating area. Stainless steel appliances and access to in ground pool and hot tub. Great place for a couple to stay on the way to the beach. Located in central Marion county so it’s within 15 minutes of multiple wedding venues. Within hour drive of Myrtle Beach.

Summary: The neighborhood is extremely well kept, and the owners take excellent care of the main house as well as the pool house. Everything is immaculately clean. The hosts were quick to share everything I needed to know about my arrival. The kitchen was fully equipped for my stay with newer appliances.

Summary: If you find yourself traveling to the Pee Dee region of South Carolina for any reason or you’re traveling through that area on your way to somewhere else, this oasis is a wonderful place to make a stop. Clean, friendly and beautiful. The host had everything ready and was on top of everything at all times plus asking us if we needed anything. Of course we did not because it had been done. Had a wonderful stay and recommend it to anyone looking for a slice of paradise.

Summary: My first time using VRBO was awesome! The place was clean, notes on how to use things were clear and easy to follow. Parking was a breeze and Wesley was easy to communicate with, even with him being out of town! I will definitely be staying here again the next time I am in Mullins!

Summary: Pretty place- all quiet as the host was out of town. Arrived in the evening, Wesley had pull-out sofa set up for us. This spot has everything you’d need- just add groceries. Pool and sitting areas are great. Listing is Not accurate I would double check with the host on if the hot tub is operational before booking.
