This beautiful haven has been fully renovated and updated including the outside! It has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with everything necessary to make special memories including a fully equipped kitchen with ice maker, large private heated screened in pool, hot tub, and an outdoor grill/kitchen- you will need to provide propane. The pool area has plenty of space for lounging. The outdoor area is very spacious and is completely enclosed with a privacy fence. The whole backyard and pool area has special night time lighting. The yard has extra outdoor lounging and a hammock. The front of the house has seating in porch area. There are 4 televisions in the home which include one large widescreen TV in the living room, one in the lower living area, and one in two of the three bedrooms. A DVD player is available with DVDs to choose from for your own special movie night. The master bedroom features a king size sleep number bed with a TempurPedic top to help you get that extra rest needed. The second bedroom has a queen bed. The 3rd bedroom has a queen bed. The couch in the living room also opens up into a queen bed. This home allows 8 people to rest comfortably. A washer and dryer is conveniently located in the garage. The garage also has room to park a car or suv. Also 4 bicycles, 2 beach chairs, and an umbrella is provided. Streaming TV and Wireless High Speed Internet access is provided so you can stay connected via your PC or smart device throughout the home. Special lighting is provided throughout the home to make your vacation extra special. The home is fully and beautifully furnished in a ‘beachy’ theme and comes with everything you need for a memorable vacation with your family. There is plenty of spacious comfortable living area both inside and outside. There is plenty of bedding and towels for 8 people. Just bring your swim suit and toothbrush! The home is very close to several beaches which are outlined in the welcome book. The closest beach is 5 miles away. Great shopping and dining can be found close by. Busch Gardens, Clearwater Beach and Tarpon Springs Sponge Docks are nearby. The Tampa Airport is 45 minutes away. Disney and Sea World are approximately 95 minutes away. Summary: We booked this house because of the proximity to our family reunion in New Port Richey on Thanksgiving day. It was the ideal setting for our family needs. Our daughter & her family were able to swim in the pool while I was shopping at Publix, which was minutes away. The kitchen was well equipped with items for cooking, serving, etc. I was able to easily bake a turkey for our family gathering. The bedrooms and bathrooms were comfortable. It was great to have a washer and dryer on site. We enjoyed some nice local restaurants. I enjoyed driving to a lovely local beach. We would definitely return if we needed this much space again. Summary: Debbie was very professional. Air was stale when we first arrived but other than that everything else was perfect. Wound definitely come back another time. Loved the pool and location.

Summary: Very clean house located near everything you need( Publix is only 600 feet down the road). Pool was wonderful and Debbie responded to a few questions in a minute or two (Excellent !!). Will stay again.

Summary: Our stay was the best vrbo place we have ever stayed. Had adult children and my kids couldn’t stop raving about the place as we went from room to room in awe! The pool and hot tub were very nice with a grill and family eating area outside. Grocery stores are close. Needed to use bikes and the owner dropped off a bike lock very quickly for us to use. I had s problem getting the grill started and the maintenance person showed up to help on the same day. I would stay here again if we came back again. I loved that pool the best 85 degrees and we are from Michigan so perfect.

Summary: The house is old but mostly clean. The outside could have been better kept. Could have put new shower liners in main bathroom and the main bathroom sink did not drain. The pool, though, is amazing and cool, which is great in this Florida heat! Would book again!

Summary: The house is BEAUTIFUL! Let’s start there! Super cute and super simple….Very clean! The ice makers were lifesavers! We did not use the hot tub at all but the kids enjoyed the pool! Neighborhood was EXTREMELY quiet for being a weekend…it was PERFECT! Communication was perfect for check in and out! Had absolutely no problems! Close to any and everything! Definitely planning when our next stay will be!

Summary: The house was perfect for us, even one extra bedroom. We needed a few days to chill out and get renewed. I think we needed the pool because thats where we were all day. We didnt go sight seeing, we stayed in and relaxed. Not one of us sat down in the nice living room. We used the family room by the pool. The house was clean, beds very comfy, nice towels. The pool was extremely well furished with nice chairs and ice for our drinks. Except for July 4th, the neighborhood was quiet. Kitchen is well equipped. Wish our stay could have been longer. Thank you!
