Summary: My family and myself booked as a cousinsgiving get away and we loved the house , very clean , well put together and spacious with enough to do for all age groups. Property was also conveniently located near multiple convinces stores / drug stores .

Summary: As can be expected with large rental homes like this one there were some upkeep issues, but overall our stay was great. While we couldn't really use the patio furniture (left out in rain, moss from constant tree shade) or the sauna, the trade-off was affordability and space. This house offers a lot of space to bring a large family and have a great time, but expect the usual wear and tear of a large Pocono rental home. Having two fridges in the kitchen was awesome, but having only one bathroom on the first floor with four bedrooms was not ideal. We were disappointed to not be able to recycle bottles and cans (we had A LOT), but it was convenient having a large dumpster a short walk away. Management was quick to reply to texts, but I never got a first name of whoever it was writing back to me, so didn't have that personal touch. I strongly recommend this house for a large family on a budget that just wants to swim and grill for a week. You can't beat the price, but know there will be some bumps or glitches.

Summary: We had a grate stay at this awesome house. Having a basement with games was perfect for kids, and we really enjoyed hot tub and sauna. Feels remote but only 5 minutes from groceries, wawa, pizzas. Loved all king beds. Very nice set up. Thanks
