Our cabin is two stories. Everything is located on the main floor with two bedrooms upstairs. Please take into account that as we have renovated the cabin, it still is old. Around 1,000 sf, the space is more of a cozy feel. A place where the floor creaks, the birds chirp, and Mountain View’s arise from afar. Perfect for those mountain getaways or gathering around with family/friends.
Once of the main road, you will take a gravel/wooded road up the mountain to our cabin. If you’re looking for an adv Please reference our pictures provided. If you are looking for am adventure and true mountain escape, we are it. We suggest (but not limited to) a vehicle with 4 wheel drive or any type of suv. Low bearing cars might face difficulty. With the location of our cabin, our driveway is a steep down hill curve. We are also on well water. Once you book with us, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions. Summary: This cabin was very cozy, we felt at peace on top of the mountain. It was very clean. Unfortunately, due to extreme weather circumstances of a wind chill that came same day we arrived it froze all water pipes and did not have water. Katie (the Owner) was amazing, she responded to all my calls and messages and did the impossible to get this issue resolved. She even paid a company to go up on Christmas eve and check all the pipes but this incident was really out of everyone's hand. We had to improvise and go with a plan B but like I told Katie, I will be back. The cabin was beautiful and so peace up there. These vacations became an adventure but I was very please with Katie how she confronted this situation and she was on top of everything. Despite all the water issue, the night we stayed it was so relaxing, the beds were very comfortable. I will definitely be back here. I loved it!!

Summary: We had a great time. The cabin was cozy and fairly close to town. We were excited to bring our dogs with us, but wished there was a broom on site to sweep up after them as we went. Overall, we were very pleased with our stay.

Summary: Katie to the Rescue! After going through a horrible experience with a guy who sold his property and didn't tell us and double booked it, we were stranded. Katie, who had no ties to this property or person was so kind and amazing! We had a black tie wedding to go to. Katie is very responsive and the most sweet person I've encountered. We plan to come back! The cabin is amazing and so many details that went into it. It's a very well organized place with great directions. My father ran a janitorial company, so I can say with full confidence, this place was immaculate.

Summary: Cabin is clean and well maintained. Very secluded. Take the advice about 4 wheel drive seriously as the driveway is very steep. We really enjoyed the stay and the town is only a few minutes away.

Summary: Overall we loved the place! There was enough to do at the cabin to where as long as you had your groceries and firewood you could just hang out for days with your loved ones there! The only downfall was we brought our dogs and didn’t realize that there wasn’t much yard for them to run around, but they did have a wrap around porch which was nice for them so they could hang out with us! Will hopefully be back soon! Also, Katie was a phenomenal host!
