Relax on the shores of peaceful Lake Champlain at our private waterfront home. 4-bedrooms, 2 1/2 bath's, in two houses for extra space, also no neighbors on either side, for a perfect lakeside getaway.
Nestled in Champlain NY, this property has everything you need for an all inclusive getaway with friends and family.
Its many features includ: 2 Hot Tubs, 3 Paddle boards, 4-kayaks, water tubes, 8-Person island float, water toys, most sizes of Life Jackets, 2 BBQ's, many Lawn games, private boat launch, dock and more.

As you step inside the Fully renovated main house, you'll be greeted by a fully stocked kitchen, complete with a Viking stove/oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, Breville espresso machine and coffee station, and all the essential appliances to satisfy your culinary cravings. Gather around the dining table or enjoy alfresco dining on the porch picnic table, taking in the breathtaking lake views to the Green Mountains of Vermont.
The smaller Cottage house has a kitchenette, bathroom with shower, a Queen sized bed, a Double bunk bed, and trundle single beds. and the 7-person hot tub.
The Main house has central AC, and the Cottage has a Minisplit AC.
Unwind in the cozy living room, to indulge in a movie night, or flip over the dining room table top and for a touch of friendly competition, challenge your loved ones to a game of pool, cards, or select something from the 50 games in the game room/pantry.
When it's time to relax, sit out on the spacious deck, or dock, or slip into one of the 2 soothing hot tubs. Take a leisurely stroll along the beach, skipping rocks or searching for washed up treasure. Play Basketball on the driveway, Volleyball on the back lawn, Ladderball, Corntoss, Horseshoe, Golf Putt, Croquet, or Catch in the Great lawn. Or simply sit on the dock over the water on the provided summer chairs and soak up the sun.

The Yard is private with a combination of fence and retaining walls and a retractable driveway safety net to keep children and pets more contained.

Summary: This property was just what we had hoped for. The listing and photos describe the place accurately. What it didn't describe well enough was how fantastic the views of the lake were from the primary bedroom at sunrise. Michael was a wonderful host and we couldn't have had a better small family gathering at his place. He was kind, considerate and generous and a really interesting person. We would be happy to go back to the Lake House !

Summary: The property was lovely and the amenities were excellent, especially those in the kitchen. We loved staying in the house and Michael was very friendly and communicative. Check in was a breeze. We would stay again!

Summary: The property itself is very nice and the location to the water is great. However, for the price we paid I do not think it was worth the cost. The cleanliness of the house was questionable. The cottage does not have 2 bedrooms, the kitchen has a bed in it. You won’t see that in the photos. I also had told Michael we were bringing a boat and we didn’t find out until we got there that we could not dock the boat on the property so we had to pay hundreds of dollars extra for a slip at the marina for the week. Lots of lawn games were broken. We had a great week despite some issues but again I would not have paid what we did had I known all of this.

Summary: Everything about the property was amazing. The house and cottage were clean, well appointed and very comfortable. The outdoor space was private and huge. Magnificent views. Pretty much any kitchen appliance you could use on vacation is available as well as any water toy. If you’re looking to hit the lake and just relax by water you couldn’t do any better. Micheal is incredibly responsive and came over to take care of a minor issue within a couple of minutes. 5 stars for sure.

Summary: Michael's property was just as described. A bit unique but the teens LOVED having a little house all to themselves. The area was perfect, being right on the water like that, we barely ever left the property. Other then food there was no reason to leave. Anything you could ever want was right there. All the big and little things that the host supplied was beyond any other house we have ever rented. Michael even went out and bought a driveway pickleball set for us to use while there. Communication with him was a breeze, before our week there and during. No question was to small lol We really enjoyed our week at this property and would love to come back sometime in the future.

Summary: We stayed as a group of 10 (6A 4C) and pets. 10 was a cozy fit but we were able to make it work. The property is as described with all the necessities you need to survive, both outdoor activities as well as indoor (pots, pans, kitchenware). The dock was not operational when we got there after significant rain and high water levels, but having a launch on property was a lifesaver. Michael was a great host and handled everything, would absolutely book another stay here. Great first experience on VRBO.
