Visitors can take a self guided tour of the fossils and continue to explore the beautiful former farm fields on longer trails traversing the property.

Summary: The pictures online dont do it justice! Its so much nicer in person! The only suggestion i have is to get a Keurg coffee maker. It was a lovely experience all in all.

Summary: Great week on the lake. Perfect for family of 4. Simple and comfortable cottage with the essentials. Very clean and well-maintained. Setting on the lake is quite nice. We had a rainy week but still enjoyed the quiet and the setting. Lake access (short 3-minute walk away) with dock and kayaks is great. Found fossils and had a fire at the lake. Only suggestion for owner is to figure out better means to share necessary forms as the provided document links do not allow for active links nor ability to copy/paste address from VRBO app. Highly recommended- will consider for any future trips to area.

Summary: Myself and my 2 sisters, enjoyed our time together at the cottage. We celebrated my youngest sisters birthday- Her 76th in fact!! Given our ages and the distance between our car's and the cottage, we were challenged By the moving in and out! However, if you are younger than our ages ( 82-78-76 ) I expect this would not be an issue!! The cottage was the perfect place for our time together- as sisters!

Summary: Our stay was exceptional! The cottage was clean and had everything we needed. It was quiet and peaceful with beautiful views of the lake our host checked in to ensure our stay was going well. I highly recommend the Isle View Cottages and we will definitely be back again!

Summary: We did a spurt of moment trip for mini getaway, we had an amazing time. The views are exceptional , kids loved the dock and fishing.

Summary: The cabin is very modern, clean and spacious with great sunset views each of the nights we were there. The fishing dock across the street was very active with fish in the evening. Two medium size walleye were caught and put back. Great stay!

Summary: I have been known as the “” Princess and the pea” as far as all things have to be perfect for me to be content “. When traveling this is forever my issue. Not only did David the owner , answer all my questions- with patience and ease- I found the cottage to be perfect for me. Air quality was excellent and the queen bed was so comfortable that I enquired for all info necessary to purchase a mattress exactly like that for myself. I have never been able to give an honest review of a 3 when renting before. This would exceed 5 x2 = a 10.
