Situated on a cul de sac corner lot this home has all that you need to make your vacation memories with family or friends. Home has underwent an extensive remodel with high end finishes that include white oak hardwood floors and custom finishes. Open kitchen with island breakfast bar. Kitchen is fully stocked and features granite countertops and stainless appliances. Both bathrooms are updated with a modern feel and amenities that you would find in any top resort. Looking for family fun? Shoot a game of pool or play some ping pong in the game room or head out to back yard to play some yard games. All bedrooms have their own tv and streaming cable services. Summary: This house was amazing and Bart was an amazing host. He was quick with responses and made our stay smooth and so many memories were made. We could not have asked for a better stay!! I will definitely recommend to others !!

Summary: Overall it was a good stay. We did have trouble getting into the house. It was 116 degrees and we arrived with groceries and kids in the car after a long flight. It took several hours to get inside the house, as the lock wasn't working and we were stuck in the heat. It wasn't an ideal way to start the trip. My daughter became dehydrated/sick while waiting. It was a rough/HOT start. The property was well kept up and it was a fun place to stay while visiting family and friends.

Summary: Everything we wanted. We paid extra for the heated pool and it was perfect. Slight blip on the utube tv access but Bart came over and signed us in. Had to reset the Wi-Fi twice, but not a big deal

Summary: This was a beautiful completely redone and professionally designed home. I would stay here again. Nice home to have friends over for dinner, and then a relaxing swim after, in the beautiful pool. Only negative was I had a hard time getting ahold of the owner, we had to leave early because of a emergency, I tried to let him know but no answer, no text, no email from him, but house was fabulous.

Summary: This is a wonderful home with all the amenities you will need for a relaxing stay in Scottsdale! Great location with easy access to shopping, restaurants, grocery stores, etc. Beautifully decorated, very comfortable and has everything you need. The kitchen is fully equipped and the pool and backyard are fantastic. We had one or two minor issues with a smoke detector and a breaker but the host Bart and his associate Patty were very responsive and quickly resolved! All in all it was a wonderful week with my family and we will definitely be booking it again soon!

Summary: I could go on and on, but this house, location (we'd been to Scottsdale a number of times before, so have familiarity) and working with Bart were all absolutely the best! We had a wonderful time and plan to re-book in 2023.
