Villa Andaluza is situated in the exclusive gated community of Pedregal. This beautiful villa encompasses over 8,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor living space. The villa is built on a bluff with significant panoramic views of the Pacific Ocean which sits just a very short distance away.
Villa Andaluza is the sister property of Villa Veranza vrbo no. 579780.
The kitchen, pantry, living, dining, and entertainment rooms are located on the main level, and feature a 14 foot-high ceiling, 70 inch plasma TV with surround sound and an indoor/outdoor waterfall.
Four of the six bedrooms are built to master suite standards, with private marbled baths. The feature master bedroom has a private Jacuzzi and fire-pit on its covered terrace. The two Master rooms also feature a Bose Surround Sound Home Theater System. The entire house has marble floors both indoors and out. Every bedroom has HDTV with satellite reception, a CD player, air-conditioning and its own uniquely decorated theme. The Villa comes with a staff of four, a chef and his assistant, concierge and housekeeper. (Please keep in mind that gratuities are not obligatory, but appreciated depending on the amount of service they provide.)
A private 30' sport fishing boat is located in the Marina exclusively for guests of Villa Andaluza. It has its own crew and is available to charter for a moderate price for fishing, snorkeling or a sunset cruise. Chartering with us eliminates any excessive fees or cancellation costs for bad weather days or for those mornings where you just may have had too much fun the night before. Cruise or fish on your time schedule!

(We also have an adjoining neighbor that enables us to accommodate up to 20 people between two houses.)
The Holiday weeks of Christmas and New Years Eve each have 7 day minimum stays. For clarification please ask before performing an "instant booking" or you may be required to cancel.

Summary: This home is absolutely beautiful but quite honestly the staff, views, incredible food & hospitality makes it impossible to want to stay anywhere else in Cabo. This is our 3rd time and I already can't wait to return.

Summary: We enjoyed our stay very much! The property size was perfect for our large group of 11. Two fan favorites of this house were the top floor second hot tub and fire pit and the pool table in the main living area. What sets this home apart is the staff. Our concierge Casandra was very attentive to our every need. We were able to have all meals cooked for us when we were not dining out, and daily cleaning services were wonderful. Two things to be aware of: The community of Pedregal is VERY hilly, so be aware before you book. If you want a fitness facility, you will not find one in the community.

Summary: This was a great property for our year end work trip. The crew was terrific. We had plenty of room to spend time together and able to retreat to relax. Great place.The chef was amazing.

Summary: I just had the most fabulous four days at Villa Andaluza! I traveled with five friends coming in from all over the world and honestly the photos don't even do this place justice. From the beautiful, tasteful furnishings and decorations to the delicious food to the excellent recommendations for beach, dinner, etc., everything was perfection. A special shout out to Casandra, Memo, Elizabeth and the whole team -- so efficient and delivering consistently with high quality Bravo!

Summary: Great location for all of the great restaurants, bars, and shopping by the marina. Casandra is a rockstar! She took great care of us from the time we landed to the time we left the house — transportation, meals, massage therapists, housekeeping — she orchestrated our stay perfectly. We will be back!

Summary: Our family had a lot to celebrate this year, and choosing Villa Andaluza for our vacation was the best decision. From the minute we booked, to saying goodbye to Casandra, everything was perfect. The staff went above and beyond for us. The meals they prepared were amazing and Casandra helped us with finding the perfect dinner reservations on the nights we wanted to go out. She also helped with booking massages at the house, booking a fishing trip and all the transportation we needed each day. We appreciated not having to make any grocery runs, and being so pampered. The house is amazing and the views are spectacular. We loved being in the pool and watching all the boats. The waterfall in the family room is a lovely touch.We felt very safe and loved the walk to the beach for our morning exercise. We will definitely be back!

Summary: Where do I begin?? The villa was beautiful…something straight out of a magazine! Photos do not do it justice!! Casandra was a doll to deal with! My husband and I were entertaining guests and she helped me plan every detail! Couldn’t have done it without her! She and her staff are 5 star!!! We opted to have Alex play for us on the night of our guests arrival and it was just the touch we needed. Definitely worth it!!! Chef was on top of our every need! He and his team were there to make sure our dining experiences were top notch. I would definitely give Villa Anda Luza and its staff 10 STARS!!! We can’t wait to go back and bring our adult kids and family!
