Summary: The home and property are amazing, well kept, clean and designed beautifully. The owners communicated frequently and responded quickly. It was close to stores and a short drive to the ocean. We would happily stay there again on our next trip to California.

Summary: Beautiful oasis with fun activities for the whole family! The owners were amazing, communicated promptly and very attentive to our needs. Summary: Home was a perfect location for our Family Christmas gathering. John and Sylvia even put up a tree for us. Home was clean and setup nicely when we arrived. We played pickleball and other outdoor games . BBQ worked great for grilling steaks . Pool is not heated so we did not swim but it was pretty to look at . Weather was mid 60s snd sunny so perfect for sitting by the fire and playing pickleball. 4 days was not enough. Would definitely stay again.

Summary: Such a beautiful property. Enjoyed all the outdoor activities. The property is very clean and well maintained. The owners were very responsive to any needs and the supplies were in abundance. Definitely will make another trip to Oceanside paradise again.

Summary: Came out and celebrated our son’s Boot camp graduation. We were blessed to stay at your Home, it was advertised great everything was amazing and hassle free. I’f wee get a chance I’d love to reserve this VRBO listing again in the future.

Summary: Unfortunately, we did not stay d/t a heat advisory was in place when we visited, hitting temps of 100. With no A/C…we couldn’t stay. In future visits to San Diego with cooler temps, i would definitely book this location. Luck wasn’t on our side this time. Beautiful landscaping and very clean house.

Summary: This home is indeed a paradise and the owners have thought of everything to make it a carefree and memorable stay. The all-star reviews it has are well deserved and you can believe each of them. Don't want to repeat what's already been written about this lovely space, but I would be remiss not to emphasize how incredibly responsive John and Silvia are throughout the entire process - from answering questions prior to booking to checking in with you during your stay to following up once you've checked out to be sure everything went well with the stay. And they pay careful attention to the details to ensure your stay is carefree and worry-free from the moment you enter the house. Even asking whether you prefer drip coffee or a Keurig; we picked Keurig and they supplied more than a week's worth of K-cups for us! The other thing we want to emphasize is how quiet the house and neighborhood are - we slept with the windows open and except for a few sounds of nature, we felt like we were in a soundproof environment! Don't hesitate booking this home, you will not regret it!

Summary: Property offers extensive outdoor fun for the entire family. Really nice pool area, bar-b-que/outdoor kitchen, patio, and pickle ball / basketball court. All the "toys" you need to enjoy your stay. Owner was easy to communicate with and genuinely responsive to our family's needs and wants. We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning to this fabulous "Oceanside Paradise".

Summary: Our family truly enjoyed our stay at this house. Everyone loved swimming in the pool and enjoyed the yard. We ate all meals outdoors as the weather was perfect! Grocery stores are nearby and Legoland was a short drive away. The owners were super responsive and communication was excellent. We would definitely love to stay here again someday.
