Summary: This location was amazing. We spent every morning enjoying the private pool before heading out for our adventures. The coffee shop next door was wonderful. Everything was lovely. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.

Summary: Jose was the best communicator ever! He set us up for a successful vacation. Coffee shop and pastries are steps away. A couple of blocks in either direction of house are shops and restaurants. So many beautiful beaches within a few minutes drive. House is comfortable with all needed amenities.

Summary: Our stay was great - super location, check-in/out process was simple, and the house and pool were well maintained. Would definitely recommend this house if you want to experience Rincon for a few days or more long-term. Remember your bug spray for the mosquitoes and sunscreen for the sun!

Summary: The perfect house to end our road trip around the island. Located less than a 5 minute walk from the main city street with restaurants and shops and less than 10 minutes to several beaches, this house sits atop a hill with a beautiful view of the ocean. We would definitely stay again.

Summary: The house was a lot nicer than we were expecting. The location was great for being near downtown Rincon. The location on the listing was different from the actual address, and we were further than we wanted to be from Sandy, but it was still manageable to get back and forth and was still in a great location. The property manager was very friendly, responded very quickly, and gave suggestions for what to do in town and what events were taking place. Overall, we were all very happy with our stay.

Summary: House is great and clean; very much as advertised. Coffeeshop next door is worth visiting. Very close drive to downtown and to Black Eagle Maring / Beach. Neighbor has a rooster that likes to crow at 3:30 - 5:00 AM. Bedrooms are very close to street, which is also noisy. Bring earplugs! parking is somewhat difficult if you have a larger car.
