Summary: Our family has been vacation in the Cape for the last 20 years. It started as a place I would go with my boyfriend/now husbands family each summer. After we married we have continued the tradition with our family of 7 my husband and myself and our 5 children under 12. We had found a property we loved and then it was sold 4 years ago. Since then we have been returning trying to find something that would suit our family. We’ll this property certainly did the trick. The house had everything that we needed was close to everywhere we wanted to go. Allowed for more than enough space along with lots of things to do. We literally packed our clothes and toiletries and a few kids friendly toys and we’re set for the entire time. Our family especially enjoyed the pool and playground which were close by. The weather was not good beach weather but we did make it to the beach one day and that was even very convenient. Everywhere we needed/ wanted to go was less than a 8 minute drive. Kurt was amazing and we are already thinking about our next trip back next summer. Definitely a property we will try and get back into. When I say the

Summary: Everything was clean and most things were in working order. Most everything that you could need. Scratched up Teflon pans, but everything else in kitchen was good. A bit of miscommunication regarding an early check-in possibly led to us not finding more than a couple rolls of toilet paper and no bath/hand/face towels in any bathrooms — not clear whether this was a slip up or maybe extra toilet paper is not provided? Which is odd because there was ample paper towels, and TP is cheap. … Beautiful pool and so clean! We loved the patio and ate all our evening meals there. Pool table, exercise room, books and board games were also a huge plus! Keypad made entry a breeze.
